How to make your bond extensions last longer

Use a sulphate free shampoo xxxxxx, silk pillowcase, don’t go to bed with your hair wet, keep the roots and bonds tangle free. That’s where damage can set in, if they get tangled. But Lauren is a pro with how they were positioned and were thinly applied – etc etc and I didn’t want to let her down by coming back with clumped hair. So made sure to make sure nothing was tangled. It’s also important to speak to your hair consultant, as adding in a lot of hairs equals more bonds which could lead to more tangles.

 

It’s worth noting that the amount of extnesions you have comepltely depends on the look you want to achieve and whilst I wanted Footballers Wifes xxxx hair, we settled on a more natural look as it was my first time getting amazing hair – so Lauren added 50 bonds, which on paper sonds like a load, but in reality was managaebale and didnt weigh down my hair.
